Reservations
We suggest that you make your reservation as early as possible, especially if you intend to travel during the high season. However, we also have cars available at short notice, but we cannot guarantee all vehicle categories. Please contact us upon your arrival in the USA to check on availability. Insurance
Liability insurance is required by law and is included in our rental prices. The insurance is valid in the USA and in Canada. In order to rent a vehicle from Adventures on Wheels Inc, you have to be at least 21 years of age. For trips to Mexico, insurance coverage can be bought at the border. Ask us for details.

Sales Tax
State required sales tax. It applies only at the rental price.

Terms of Payment
100% of the total costs are payable 30 days before departure. This can be paid by credit card or international bank transfer (wire).

Cancellation Policy
Up to 31 days prior to departure date: 20% of rental price will NOT be refunded. (Minimum $300)
30 days to 8 days prior to departure date: 50% of rental price will NOT be refunded. (Minimum $300)
7 days to 4 days prior to departure date: 75% of rental price will NOT be refunded. (Minimum $300)
3 days or less prior to departure date and no-shows: 100% of rental price will be kept.

Required Documents
You need your passport, a valid credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and a valid national drivers license.

• Free shuttle service between our offices and airports as well as airport hotels (New York: Newark airport and airport hotels only)
• Woodall’s campground guide USA
• 10% discount card for KOA campgrounds

Warranty

• 100% on motor, transmission and rear drive axle during 30 days or 1000 miles, whichever comes first;
• 50% on motor, transmission and rear drive axle during the second month or between 1000 and 3,000 miles, whichever comes first;
• 25% on motor, transmission and rear drive axle during the third month or between 3,000 and 5,000 miles, whichever comes first

Insurance Liability
Insurance is required by law and must be provided by customer. Insurance premiums for 25 and younger drivers are slightly higher (approx. US$200.00 - $250.00 per month) since the calculation of the premium depends on the age and the gender of the driver as well as on the make, model and year of the vehicle.

Sales Tax
State required sales tax. It applies only at the rental price.

Registration Fee
Registration and documentation fees are US$250.00 for all vehicle categories.

Warranty
Vehicles with a buyback come with the following warranty:

• 100% on motor, transmission and rear drive axle during 30 days or 500 miles (830km), whichever comes first
• 50% on motor, transmission and rear drive axle during the second month or between 500 and 2,000 miles (830 and 3,320km), whichever comes first
• 25% on motor, transmission and rear drive axle during the third month or between 2,000 and 4,000 miles (3,320 and 6,640km), whichever comes first.

Terms of Payment
25% of the total costs are payable at the time of reservation. The final payment will be due on the scheduled pickup date. Payments can be made by international bank transfer (wire), traveler cheques or cash. Once you have terminated your trip and dropped off the vehicle at our office, we will issue a credit voucher for the buy-back price. The amount will then be remitted to your bank or credit card account.

Cancellation Policy
If the buyer cancels the contract, there is a non-refundable fee of US$500.00. The buyer will also have to pay the registration cost of US$250.00.

Required Documents
Proof of US residential address and a US drivers license.
